She's the girls rival in series one.She soon finds herself as the princess in town...Later in season one,when she finds about Rikki and Zane,she feels she's in competition to win Zane back...One day,when Emma is under the effects of the moonlight,hers and Zane's lips were frozen together,so that they could leave each other's feelings....literally!!Her best friend is Tiffany....In one episode,she steals Rikki's locket and lies to Zane that they have been a couple.She is portrayed سے طرف کی English Annabelle Stevenson.She is seen only in season 1!!!!!!!!!!!

Cleo`s eyes are definitely very beautifull
Her green eyes are mesmerizing,She’s got stunning eyes,Eyes reflect emotion and intelligence ,of course everyone has a preference to eye color
Some fall over blue eyes others over green and Still others insist that brown یا hazel will do,
it is really the color that attracts the person which i think it`s the most important,love Cleo`s eyes the most although the others are beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

شارلٹ Watsford is the new girl in season 2. Her first appearance was آگ کے, آگ and Ice.
You notice instantly that شارلٹ had
a thing for Lewis when she saw him.
Cleo was the first person to meet her when
she used her new powers and accidently go
to Charlotte.
Later in the episode آپ see that she has a passion for art. That she likes to paint, draw, scetch and do ceramics.
Cleo at first is jealous cause شارلٹ spends time with Lewis a lot. She just wants to keep her
secret محفوظ and make sure that شارلٹ doesn't
get close to the mermaid secret.
By later شارلٹ tries to persue Lewis to go
out...
