Cas was sitting on the hospital میز, جدول and the doctor was doing some basic examinations. Checking his eyes, checking his ears, checking his throat, taking his blood pressure, listening to his heart.
“Seems all very normal, Mr. Novak” Dr. Spencer said. “So, you’re not feeling very well” he continued and he was going to say more, when Cas interrupted him.
“Do آپ think I’d be here if I were feeling good?” he snapped demeaning.
“Cas!” Meg hissed between her teeth. “Don’t be such a jerk”
“We’re not supposed to be here” Cas objected hostile. “Anna gave us the specific order not to go to the hospital”
“You don’t have to do what she says. آپ can’t let her boss آپ around like that” Meg fired back.
“I don’t have a choice. She’s my superior” Cas defended himself.
“Not anymore she isn’t. Now she’s just your big sis and آپ know what they say about little brothers. They’re supposed to be a pain in the ass” Meg ended the discussion. She looked up at Dr. Spencer. “Do whatever it is آپ need to do”
A couple of منٹ later a nurse came into the room, with a wheelchair.
“Céline, please take Mr. Novak for a few scans” Dr. Spencer ordered. Céline drove the wheelchair to Cas and she took his arm to help him, but Cas freed himself violently. “I don’t need your help”
With a face to the ground he sat in the wheelchair and he looked at Meg as if she was sending him to the gallows. Céline drove the wheelchair out of the room and Dr. Spencer and Meg followed.
“Maybe آپ can wait here یا get something to eat” Dr. Spencer suggested.
“I don’t think I can eat right now” Meg replied.
Dr. Spencer nodded in understanding. “Then wait here”
“Where are آپ taking me?” they heard Cas protest. “Meg! Help me! They’re taking me somewhere. Meg, where are you? آپ can’t leave me. آپ can’t let these freaks take me with them”
“Don’t worry too much, Miss. I’m sure that whatever he has, we can cure it” Dr. Spencer added as Meg stared at the struggling Cas.

“Bonnie?” Damon shouted. “Bonnie, where are you? Get back here!” But when nothing happened he understood he had to do this himself. He looked up at the chains and started pulling with all his strength. It hurt immensely, but he couldn’t stop. If this pain was necessary to be with Elena, he would go through it.
After a few minutes, that felt like hours, his right hand was liberated. Without hesitating he pulled his left arm and this time it took less time to free himself.
Then everything went black.
Damon opened his eyes and found himself outside on the spot where Bonnies house used to be. He looked at his arms. They had healed. He scribbled up and looked around. He felt different, like he’d been born again. Elena. He had to see Elena. And so he started walking in the direction of the Boarding House. He could sense she was there.
