Not sure why but I love the G, Its strange

Why do they change names?? They have changed spells and house names when translating to Hindi (and it irritates me); but thankfully, character's name are same!

I don't understand why it's changed in the first place? I'm sure the Harry Potter books were the first time most children that speak English ever encountered the name "Draco"..

i'm not found of the french name

it's not the only name to change: for example Snape is Rogue and Longbottom is Londubat

Drago just drags too much attention to the meaning as apposed to the way it nicely sits.
