They both did but I say James loved him more as it is and was his best friend :D

he even calls Harry "James" a few times. It's obvious he misses his best friend.

But he loved Lupin the most. ;D

Sirius loves Remus the most though.

While I am a self-avowed Remus/Sirius shipper, I do believe Sirius loved James more than anything, and never got over his murder. But that's just MHO.

i know james is the obvious choice and I ALMOST chose him-but when sirius knew harry
he had grown up EVEN more and been through even more and i think he cared more for Harry like a father! He always wanted to keep him safe and his readiness to go to the ministry to save Harry proved it all for me!!! Maybe he did like James more at the time but he was alot younger and had known less of the world!

I would like to say Harry but I feel like he loved Harry for James. Idk his age difference was pretty large between James/Harry so I guess you can't know for sure
