After several hours I finally excepted that there was no one around. At all. The silence scared me. I went inside the house and thought for a while. Ginny was gone. But how? How could she have just disappeared in the middle of the night? I needed comfort. Ron. Hermione. But then I remembered the silence of our muggle town. I would never know for sure if they were there if I never contacted them. I decided to leave it that way. Leave it as my last glimmer of hope. It was possible that they were still there. It was. I needed that reassurance. Just then I heard a loud crash, and there he stood. He was in my doorway. The door lay cracked and broken on the floor, as defeated as if it had just been struck سے طرف کی a giant.
