Do آپ think England should be portrayed as مزید polite?

Sometimes I cringe at England's... erm... words (I REEEEALLLLY hope I didn't offend any of آپ England fans). Do آپ think England's perfect the way he is یا should he be مزید polite/nicer?

In America we have two stereotypes. One is the overly polite, fancy British person with the fancy accent, and the other one is what آپ described.
