Today I discovered the magic of mudras ,they rock! :)
As per Eastern philosophies and culture and Yogic practices, 'Mudras' are systematic hand gestures.
The advantage is, آپ only need your fingers (which should be always with آپ anyways xD) and آپ can do the mudras almost everywhere, everytime. ^_^ That makes them so easy and they are also a great idea to do when آپ are bored because آپ are for example in the train یا waiting for someone.
