What's up with Rachel?

I had a major pause with watching House episodes, but I've seen the last one. (So hilarious) I didn't see Rachel anywhere ... does Cuddy still have her? She didn't give up on raising her, did she?

The last relevant sighting of Rachel, was Cuddy leaving for work and the Nanny taking care of Rachel. The اگلے sighting , I think was Cuddy watching Rachel play in her crib, over a Nanny-Cam. Hope I have that right :)
