As far as I know, there are some ways to get the clips: آپ can extract the .vob files form the VIDEO_TS file n your dvds and convert them in mp4 (if آپ don't do this, a single episode will be approximatively 1Gb). یا آپ can DL them (remember, it's illegal ;)).
BUT آپ will have the entire episode, سے طرف کی the way.
What آپ have to do then is importing it into your editing software and تلاش the scenes آپ want to cut to put them in your video. It takes pretty much time and patience, but you'll be proud of what you've managed to do, believe me. :)
After that, آپ do the same with every other clip آپ want to put in your video and when آپ have them all, آپ can put them together with the موسیقی and the other stuff like transitions and video fx.
I really don't know if there's a place where آپ can DL the clips from, but even if there was, I'd rather cut them myself, because not every clip آپ want is surely available. But if آپ don't have the dvds neither the dlded files, well, maybe آپ can dl the extraits from YT -Sneak peaks, I mean, یا ویڈیوز which contain parts of the episode, in general...A lot of people لوڈ اپ such things on YT, آپ can search. –
