The group of adults met in the hospital’s kitchen. They grabbed a circular table. Cal was sitting اگلے to Bones, who was sitting اگلے to Booth. Cuddy was sitting اگلے to Booth, and House was sitting اگلے to Cuddy. Foster was sitting اگلے to House, who was sitting اگلے to Cal. They ordered lunch; the girls got a variety of salads, and the guys got big, greasy hamburgers. They discussed the case as they ate.
    “How’s Kathy?” Cal asked.
“She either has AIDS یا a common cold,” House replied, eating some French fries.
“What about the dead girl?” Cuddy asked the group.
“She died from being hit with a hammer,” Bones explained.
“Her name is Jane Emery, and she was 15 when she died,” Booth added, taking a bite out of the hamburger.
“John Wallow lived at the house where Jane and Kathy were found,” Cal said.
“So he murdered Jane and kidnapped Kathy?” Foster asked him. Their eyes met, and then they turned away.
    “Probably,” Cal assumed.
“I’ll check for a John Wallow,” Booth mentioned, and the group was content with that. There was silence as they munched and ate lunch. House took this opportunity and scooted his chair close to Foster’s chair. Cuddy looked up and glared at the two. House smiled sweetly at her. Cal looked at Foster before looking at Bones. Booth caught Cal’s gaze and looked at Bones, who was staring lovingly at Cal. Booth looked at Cuddy who was glaring at House. Thankful for the diversion, Cuddy stared back at Booth. She licked her lips and Booth’s eyes bulged. House turned his attention to Cuddy and a wave of jealously washed over him. This time, Cuddy smiled sweetly back at him.
“I’m going to get some مزید French fries,” House said, standing up. The group watched him leave. Everyone was still staring at each other jealously when Cuddy announced,
“I’m going to do paperwork,” she left. Booth stared at Bones, who was still staring at Cal. Booth stood up and ran after Cuddy.
“Could I assist you?” Booth asked, and Cuddy nodded. They walked off towards Cuddy’s office. Bones watched them go and scooted closer to Cal. Only Cal, Bones, and Foster remained at the table. Foster felt like an outsider and stood up.
“I’m going to go,” she کہا sourly, and left.
“Do آپ have any business to take care of?” Bones asked Cal.
“Nope, we have to wait for Booth to find John Wallow. Once he finds him, then I can سوال him. Otherwise I have nothing else to do. What about you?” Cal replied, eating his burger.
“I’ve already determined how Jane Emery died, so I have nothing better to do.” Bones took another bite from her salad. They both thought of how to fill their spare time.
“I could دکھائیں آپ around my office,” Cal suggested. Bones agreed and they walked to Cal’s car.

Cuddy and Booth walked towards Cuddy’s office.
“This is my office. It’s pretty boring,” Cuddy walked to her desk. She really had no paperwork; she wanted to be away from House and Foster. Cuddy took out a used piece of paper and began to write random words on it. Booth awkwardly sat on her couch.
“Nice taste,” he said. “I especially like your desk.” Cuddy beamed with pride.
“It was my med school desk. House got it from my mother,” A rush of warmth washed over Cuddy as she thought about House. She smiled happily, then seeing Booth, she shook her head. She walked over to Booth and sat اگلے to him.
“So is being a FBI agent hark work?” Cuddy asked Booth. He put his arm around the نشست and scooted closer to her.
“Yes, but it’s very fulfilling.” Booth replied. Cuddy nodded as if she had a clue.
“Do آپ have any kids?” Cuddy asked.
“Yeah, I have a seven-year-old son named Parker,” Booth retorted. “What about you?”
“A baby girl named Rachel. I adopted her a couple of months ago.” Cuddy boasted.
“I bet you’re a great mother,” Booth told her. Cuddy smiled.
“I bet you’re a great father,” Cuddy told Booth. They smiled at each other and leaned آگے to kiss. Cuddy ran a hand through Booth’s spiky hair, and Booth threw Cuddy down on the couch. He got on سب, سب سے اوپر of her and began to take off her shirt. All the while, Cuddy was pretending Booth was a younger and not crippled House. Her tongue explored Booth’s mouth as Booth’s hand explored Cuddy’s body. Cuddy moaned in pleasure.
“Look’s like PartyPants is getting some action!” House’s muffled voice floated into Cuddy’s office. Cuddy and Booth stopped kissing. Reluctantly, Booth got off of Cuddy and stared at House. House innocently shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Cuddy, who was smiling at House, instantly frowned when Booth turned around.
“I’m going to go now,” Booth calmly said, and walked out of Cuddy’s office. Cuddy stood up and quickly slipped her شرٹ, قمیض back on, hoping not to draw attention to herself, but a lot of the nurses were staring intently at her.
“Damnit,” Cuddy muttered, sitting behind her ڈیسک and writing on the random piece of paper.

House was making a bee-line to the elevator from Cuddy’s office, hoping Booth wouldn’t follow him. As he stepped into the empty elevator, Booth ran in the elevator as the door closed.
“Are آپ and Cuddy together?” Booth asked House.
    “No,” House responded.
“Why do آپ always interfere with her?” Booth asked.
“Is this 20 Questions?” House deflected.
    “I’m just curious,” Booth stated.
“I just don’t want her to get hurt,” House lied, staring at the ceiling, hoping the elevator would get to his floor faster.
“You think I’m a jerk?” Booth demanded. “I wouldn’t be talking,” he pointed out.
“Ouch,” House laughed, “Now that you’ve insulted me deeply I’m going to open up to آپ and explain why I’m so mean. Good try, but it’s not going to work. I’m not as open and nice as آپ are.”
“I’m not as mean as آپ are,” Booth exclaimed. They had reached House’s floor. House stepped out and began to walk to his office. Booth followed him.
“I’m a cripple, and I’m pain,” House whined, stepping into his office. “Is Kathy ہوم yet?” He asked, ignoring Booth. Thirteen looked at Booth from head to toe, winking at him. Foreman looked at Thirteen, and then looked angrily at Booth. Booth smiled at Thirteen. Taub was oblivious to the unfolding drama.
“Kathy was negative for AIDS, so we gave her antibiotics for pneumonia, but she didn’t get better.” Taub reported.
“Damn.” House said, walking over to his whiteboard. He circled ‘fever’ as Booth sat down in Kutner’s old chair. “Make her comfortable. Does she have any other symptoms?” House asked.
“Nope,” Thirteen drew her gaze from Booth to House. “It’s probably nothing.”
“Probably,” Foreman repeated. “I’m going to draw a blood culture and see what I can find.” With that, he and Taub walked out of the room.
“I’m going pee,” House walked out of the room, leaving Thirteen and Booth alone.
“I’m Seeley Booth, working on Kathy’s case. I’m an FBI agent.” He stuck out his hand.
“I’m Thirteen, and I work on House’s team,” Thirteen shook his hand.
“Were آپ with that other doctor?” Booth asked. Thirteen thought about Foreman.
“No,” She answered, knowing this wasn’t good. Booth thought about Cuddy then shook his head.
“Want to grab some coffee?” Booth asked.
“Sure,” Thirteen walked out of the office اگلے to Booth.

After Cal had showed Bones around the Lightman office, he showed her around his office. He gave her a brief تفصیل about what he did, and they sat on his couch. Ria Torres popped her head into Cal’s office.
“Can I speak with you?” She asked, and Cal nodded.
“You can look around,” Cal smiled at Bones and walked into the hallway. “Yes?”
    “Who is that?” Ria asked.
“None of your business,” Cal responded.
“I thought آپ and Foster were. . .,” She nodded her head.
“We’re not, and it’s none of your business.”
“Well I just don’t think آپ should be flirting with other women. After Zoey came, it depressed Dr. Foster. I mean, she could find someone, and it could get serious, and then آپ would be alone,” Ria lectured him.
“Thanks, but I think I can handle myself. I’m a big boy,” Cal smartly argued and walked back into his office. He shut the door and Ria heard the ‘click’ of the lock.

Cuddy walked into Wilson’s office. She sat down on the couch.
“What’s wrong?” Wilson asked, walking to the سوفی, لٹانا and sitting اگلے to her.
“It’s just House and that Dr. Foster,” she almost spit the name out. “And then Booth and I. . .,” Cuddy was silent.
“You didn’t-,” Wilson was at a loss for words.
“Wilson no! I don’t sleep around. It’s just House seemed happy with Foster. What if they were together? I don’t really want to carry on a relationship with Booth. He’s nice, but maybe a little too nice.” Cuddy explained. At times, she felt as if Wilson was her personal therapist.
“Well it looks as if آپ don’t have to break it off,” Wilson pointed to the window. Thirteen and Booth were walked close with each other down the hallway. Booth had a limp hand around Thirteen’s shoulder. Cuddy just stared.
“I thought Thirteen and Foreman were together,” Cuddy groaned. “All of these people and their relationships are getting confusing.” She sighed. Wilson put a reassuring hand on her shoulder. “Well I better go, I have work to do,” Cuddy lied and walked out of the room. House was hiding behind the corner. House’s mischievous eyes met Cuddy’s sad eyes. They stared at each other before Cuddy sighed and walked away. House walked into Wilson’s office.
“You really shouldn’t play with Cuddy like that. She’s sad.” Wilson was sitting at his ڈیسک again.
“Whatever,” House waved it off. “Are آپ busy tonight?” He asked.
    “No,” Wilson cautiously said. “Why?”
“We’re going to a club,” House said.
