"Why do آپ hate چائے so much?" Cuddy asked him as she joined him on the sofa.
"It was all my grandma ever had in her house for the summer. I got sick of it." House replied as he sipped his cocoa.
Cuddy leaned deeper against the cushions and propped her feet on the coffee table.
"Drinking چائے helps me relax..."
"You look as exhausted as I feel." He کہا as he put his cup down and sat a bit closer to her. Their hands lay side سے طرف کی side but not touching.
"Two donor meetings, an explosive board meeting, and Rachel didn't fall asleep until, well, fifteen منٹ before آپ knocked."
House smirked and lay his head اگلے to hers against the sofa pillows.
"But I'm a breath of fresh air in that long فہرست of irritants."
"You wish." She retorted with a grin.
"You know, آپ haven't asked me why I'm here. It is almost 1am."
"You usually tell me...I'd rather skip the tiring deflections."
"And here I thought banter was our form of foreplay." He کہا with a dramatic look of concern. Cuddy folded her arms across her chest.
"Get to it already." She کہا nonplussed.
House let out a sigh and pulled out a piece of paper from his pocket and handed it to her.
Cuddy opened the paper up and began to read to herself. She then looked up at House shocked.
"You won an all expense paid trip to Tahiti?!"
"Some contest I entered a few months پہلے at that boring medical conference in Idaho...So, آپ wanna go?" He asked with a nonchalence that he wished was مزید believable.
She smiled shyly at him and kissed his cheek softly.
"We haven't even 'talked' about what we're doing...We haven't even consummated our, well, whatever this thing is between us."
"Can't that be what the trip is for? Unless آپ wouldn't be adverse to steamy سوفی, لٹانا sex." He کہا as he propped his feet اگلے to hers and leaned his head against her shoulder.
Cuddy laughed and nudged his head lightly with her own.
"It's in less than a week. I still need to find someone to watch Rachel, get packed, make sure everything in the hospital is covered..."
"The answer to all your needs is Wilson."
"He would babysit her for a week?"
"He already promised me that he would...Dora is at the conference in Fresno for a week and he needs something to keep his mind off of her. He loves the little pooper so..."
"Okay. But what about the hospital?"
"Wilson will oversee things with Cameron. It's all set up...All آپ have to do is accept my invitation."
Cuddy turned to look up at him. His stare was heavy with seriousness. She could tell he was worried he'd crossed a line she wasn't ready to be crossed yet. But seeing him so genuine and nervous made her smile.
"I accept." She کہا as she pulled him down to meet her lips."
After a few deep kisses the two pulled back.
"Great. آپ accept...So, hot سوفی, لٹانا sex?"
Cuddy rolled her eyes and threw a تکیا at him.
"You can wait a week."
"But Mom!!!"
Cuddy stood up. House did the same.
"Just sleep. Nothing more...but آپ can hold me tight." She کہا with smirk as she headed toward her bedroom.
"You enjoy torturing me."

When does Love become something we need, rather than something we want? Love was seen as something special a long time ago. Now Love is what we are expected to have with us everyday of our lives. Love is common currency when آپ are a teenager, but turns to worthless pennies the older آپ get. Do we not care about the substance of what Love was and not what it has been made into today سے طرف کی commercialisation from American فلمیں and ویژن ٹیلی commercials and soap operas? Only when we experience Love for real, can we تبصرہ and judge others who are in Love. Love means something different to everyone. Not two people’s feeling of Love is the same. Why do we generalize, rationalize and compartmentalize Love? Love is and will continue to be an enigma. Only a handful of people will ever unlock it and witness its true beauty and essence. The essence we all crave.
Love.
Love.
