I find her to be the more interesting of the six. Her sister was also involved with the king and she was the first one to be actually killed by Henry. (He kind of killed Catherine, but he had to sign for Anne's death.)

And there were claims that she was a witch.

I do find Anne Boleyn rather fascinating, but I don't like her very much. She's interesting, but not one I admire or care that much about. Catherine of Aragon on the other hand, is someone I am interested in and admire. She was a strong woman who stood up for her beliefs and rights, even if it came to naught.

(Of course Anne Boleyn was denounced as a witch. Henry tired of her and used every excuse to get rid of her: including witchcraft, adultery and incest.)

i totally agree with Merkaba! Anne Boleyn was smart, interesting and she does fascinate me, but she could just be so cruel. i also love Catherine Parr, but Catherine of Aragorn is and probably always will be my favourite!

I like Catherine of Aragon too, for her will and her faith , but i'm quite fascinated by Anne. She's cruel, manipulative. But she'd been manipulated too . She's a victim . i think she's a ambiguous personn. That's why she's so interesting. And of course, she's the mother of Elizabeth I and she's the one who convince Henry to broke up with Rome .

I agree totally with Merkaba too. Anne Boleyn is interesting yes, but she was cruel and in the end (with the split of the church)caused the deathes of thousands of people. Interesting, yes. A good person who is admirable? No.

Catherine of Aragon is totally my favorite - she's witty like Anne was, but she was also kind, brave, and wise :)

Anne Boleyn was definitely not the nicest person around, but I firmly believe that she was murdered and had such a tragic end. I admire that she went to the scaffold and died with dignity:)

I loved Catherine of Aragon because not only was she Henry's true wife but she was also the mother of the rightful heir of England which was Mary. Despite the fact that she was married to Arthur before him, Henry knew that they had never consummated their marriage.

Katharine was incredibly loyal. You have to think of how terrible he acted towards her! And to her dying day she forgave him and loved him.

she was basically an ambitious women, if she was alive now a days she would have achieved so much, because she was a women in tudor times she lost her head!!
