Kuroshitsuji سوال

Aren't prefects suppose to help the school, not just sit around and be served all day?

For example, the prefects in Harry Potter spent their days roaming the halls, stopping all student misconduct when they weren't at class. But the P4 doesn't even go to class! They just sit there and get served چائے and pastries all day...isn't that kind of wrong? '3'

it is really wrong, i mean there prefects because there supposed to be the "best" at things like helping people out. As annoying as it is in Harry Potter at least Percy tried to do this, but sitting around getting served with چائے is just stupid.
