There is a character in a recent action series novella called Savage Song by Warren Murphy. He did the Destroyer series. Her name is "Madame GooGoo" and she is one of the main characters in it, she gets the bodyguard treatment from the two main protagonists, Remo and Chiun.

Its actually funny and eerily familiar, tho some might find it politically incorrect in parts.
