	weaslyismyking picked I saw the films first.: Only because I was at a sleepover and everyone wanted to watch it and I had never even heard of Lord of the Rings previously, so I hadn't read the books then. I'm reading the books now and I really really regret seeing the films first. I hate watching films before movies, because then I picture the actors as the characters, rather than my imagination making the characters my own.
