I really miss Juliet :(

He is in love with Kate. How can a person who watched Recon think otherwise? I'm not saying that he didn't love Juliet, because he did. But never as much as he loves Kate, because he looked at Kate when Bernard talked about what really matters in the end and because of the other stuff from Recon. If Juliet's the love of his life, why would he meet Kate in the Alt and not the one he's supposedly "destined" to be with. Why would the writers make him give that sunflower to another woman in this ep? Doesn't that mean anything? I don't buy Suliet. 99% of that relationship happened off screen and then Juliet died. Oh and even if Skate won't be the ultimate couple, Suliet won't be either. It is so obvious who he loves more.

Hey, people, come on! You should be objective. I don't say that he forgot Juliet, or that he didn't love her. But it is obvious that Sawyer DOES love Kate. Or u think, that he touched her dress just because he liked the fencing? Well... I don't think so...

People are gonna get a shit load of crap for making picks like this, yet if the episode or any episode for that matter, was filled with hope for Jate, you're honestly gonna say there wouldn't be plenty of picks for them??

And just wanna clarify, I'm not pointing the finger at anyone specific AND it's not just this pick...

We all complain about how tiring it is to deal with all the couple drama, but yet the moment something good happens for a couple some people don't ship... it's open season to give anyone that likes them crap!

In the island Juliet died 2 or 3 days ago! It's impossible that Sawyer is over her already! He cried like a baby when she died! I actually really like Sawyer, but if he is over Juliet already, and going after Kate... I think that will make his character absolutely ridicilous!

Sawyer was hankering after Juliet for 7 episodes, it's enough for relationships which have hardly been shown to us. Just remember Claire's reaction to Charlie's dying; she just dropped kinda 1 or 2 tears. That was ridiculous and hurtfully! Just for comparison. Even though their relations were developing for 3 seasons. Whereas there were just a couple of episodes with Suliet theme.

And about Skate. I'm just stricken with not accepting the fact that this episode was a Skate episode. The writers gave us a chance that even if Juliet is dead, and Sawyer went to pieces, the Skate can be in the end. And after watching Recon I can say that Skate is kinda leader of all relationships now. I don't know whats next, I am not a writer and i don't have a 6th sense, but for now Skate is a leader, and that is so so obvious.

Suliet last for three years, even if we didn't watch those years. And in those 7 episodes only two days went by.
And yes, Claire's reaction was ridiculous :/

Yes, for 3 years, but you can't say that you have some great memories related with Suliet, at least it cant be compared with Skate from this point of view. Oh, and as soon as Sawyer heard that Kate is back, everything ruined, that's a fact.

And don't confuse Lost and some reality shows. Lost is a fabulous story, and creator show us, what they WANT to show.

I want argue because ship fights are pointless to me. Especially on a show like Lost where the least important thing is that

Lost_skater you summed it up perfectly and said all I wanted to say and more, Juliet always had something evil and underlying about her, a smarmy expression that you wanted to slap off of her face, she knew that James truly loved Kate but was willing to come sloppy second as long as she got her hook into him. No sorry, I couldn't stand her character and was more than pleased when she met her demise.

He hadn't seen Kate for three years, and even then, they only knew each other for, what, three months?

And in that time, she was screwing around with him, flip flopping between him and Jack.

And he told Horace he had forgotten what she looked like. He was completly and totally over her.

So why would Sawyer instantly fall back in love with her? She's only been back for a few weeks!

And how is Kate now falling back for him? After she watched him weeping on the deck, mourning Juliet, who he was going to marry?

And what about Jack?
Even if she didn't want to be with him anymore, she still slept with him the night before the Ajira flight. She was still engaged to him. She still lived with him, raised Aaron with him.
And that wasn't all that long ago!

After a long, emotion, sometimes tramatic relationship like that, is she seriously ready to just jump back into a relationship with Sawyer?

i totally agree with you marissa... they are too tierd of this love tiangle! kate was living with jack they were engaged for god sake! they were raising aron! and kate did tell jack that if he is going back to the island then she's comming with him!and i dont think that kate is such a hore to jump back to sawyer after every thing with jack yes she is pissed of at jack! and if i were her i would've been pissed of too why?! i donno maybe because jack maid it clear too her that all that time that they were together was all some kind of misury and that it didnt matter to him so it was clear to her that jack chose the bomb over her! and ask for sawyer ...give me a break! his girlfriend just died! and i remember him saying that this skate thing was over and he is perfectly happy with his life with juliet!and .... for a hundred more reasons that they wont be together again!
