I need a bit of help with this one....

I like this guy, and he likes me, too. But whenever we go out (not on a date), he always knows somebody and he ignores me. Another issue between us is that his cousin likes me and he keeps telling me he loves me. He asked me what we would name our kids, but I don't even like him like that. The first guy just recently told two of my دوستوں that he and I were going skating, but I never کہا yes, and now all three of them think I'm going. I'M SO FRIKKIN CONFUSED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?????
