Is he using me even just as a friend?

I'm known to give my دوستوں gifts around the holidays no matter what holiday. I gave my friend/crush a cute برداشت, ریچھ for valentines day. He knew I was going to get him something but he didn't know what. Before I gave it to him he کہا "is it candy I hope it's candy" and then when I gave him the برداشت, ریچھ and a lollipop he tried to give the برداشت, ریچھ away to his دوستوں right in front of me but he popped the lollipop right in his mouth. My دوستوں say he was being a jerk and that he's using me. I know that he was a jerk but I still really like him and I don't know why. Do آپ people thinks he's using me and should I confront him about trying to give it away?
