Both are very mysterious characters (becoming less mysterious as time goes on), but the thing that makes Kyubey more interesting is that, while he's been hiding things, he certainly has been telling the truth every time he's asked. He is such a douche when he does it. I know he doesn't have feelings but to weeve anyone off like cattle is very insulting and cruel. It's like his species treated humans a little above cockroaches. Sure he did negotiate with them but his methods are messed up. He didn't even tell the whole truth when it came to the complete nature of the job.
