No. "Worship" is usually reserved for someone یا something out of reach not for romantic love. Arthur sees Gwen as a kind-hearted, strong woman that he would like to spend his life with as equal partners. Not some unobtainable entity.

I would hate to see them in a relationship where one of them loses the ability to think for themselves and just goes along with what the other says. Arthur really noticed Gwen when she called him out on his bad behaviour (1x10) and again in 2x02. I don't think Arthur would hesitate to do the same. I hope this is what we see from them in S4.
