Well usally wen I'm stressed I eat...but most of the time I read a book to help me forget about my promblems and take my mind into another world....or dance...wen I dance I focus on the موسیقی so it takes me away:)
cry ... cry a lot ... if I dont do it, I can to annoy other people and to hurt many people. Crying, I can get back my positivity without to hurt peoples that i love...
