Now the harsh reality tells us that Bieber is a drug addict , drunk driver , auto tune singer and careless about his fans. In addition to this , he has little talent. The best thing would be to just رپورٹ their accounts (go on their accounts یا تبصرے and click رپورٹ user. Choose the option of what they're doing and give a small تفصیل on why آپ are reporting. Then it's just to wait and the harassing user will most likely be gone) but DON'T make a big fuss of it like this question. No offense, I get what you're saying but this only gives them what they want, attention. If we ignore and رپورٹ them instead they would lose their interest and it would cause less drama.
