Chapter 18,

January 25, 2011,

I am so excited because I'm in London and finishing my last four concerts of my "legacy" tour and that means I get to go home! Don't get me wrong, I love being on tour but; I miss Carter!

I was just settling in back in my hotel room, when there was a knock at the door. I opened it assuming it would be room service but, instead there was a tall, good-looking teenage boy with brown hair and blue eyes standing there. I got worried because I thought he was an obsessed fan. I کہا "sorry but آپ can't come in! شائقین aren't even supposed to know what room I'm in!" I started yelling for security and he کہا frantically "calm down AJ! I'm not one of your crazy fans! Don't آپ remember me?" I کہا "not really, who are you?" He rolled his eyes and کہا "your friend Kyle! My dad was دوستوں with your dad and we used to hang out together when آپ came to the UK!"

I کہا "it is you! I haven't seen آپ in forever! Come on in; we have a lot of catching up to do!" He walked in and sat down in a chair that was in the room. He کہا "I heard آپ were in London for the rest of the week and decided to stop by." I stared at him and how much he's changed from when we were little kids. I'll be honest with you, he is crazy attractive! I snapped out of it and کہا "yeah; it's so weird seeing آپ again! I thought my odds of seeing آپ again were very slim." He asked "so, where are آپ going to go after the tour is over?" I کہا "back to my grandmother's house." He asked "you must make lots of money; how come آپ haven't moved to your own place yet?" I کہا "after I get back to California, I'm going to start house hunting."

He picked up the framed picture of Carter that I had displayed on the ڈیسک and کہا "this must be آپ are son. He is on every tabloid magazine in London!" I کہا "yeah; don't remind me!" He کہا "he's really cute!" I کہا "thanks" as I looked at the clock. I کہا "I'm really tired but, if آپ want to hang out tomorrow is my دن off." He gave me a friendly hug and کہا "I'll pick آپ up here tomorrow morning."

January 26, 2011,

Kyle knocked on my hotel room door and I opened it. He کہا "I hope you're ready for a good دن today!" Jeff followed me out of the hotel room and I introduced him to Kyle. I asked "where are we going?" He کہا "I thought we could go see a movie; if that's cool with you?" I کہا "I haven't been to the فلمیں in months because I've been so busy with everything to do with the tour."

The منٹ we stepped out of the hotel, paparazzi swarmed me. Jeff pushed them back as best he could while Kyle and I squeezed our way to the car. Once we were inside, Kyle asked "is it always like that when آپ go out?" I کہا "sadly, this is my new normal!" He کہا "I couldn't imagine having to deal with that every day!" I کہا "I don't think anyone could ever get used to that. That's why tried to keep Carter a secret for as long as possible. Thanks to my uncle, Carter will never have a normal life!"

Kyle asked "so; do آپ still get in trouble a lot?" I laughed and کہا "I'll always be getting into some sort of trouble!" He laughed and کہا "I remember when your dad brought آپ and your siblings to my house. آپ called your dad 'a stupid dummy head’ and I just looked at آپ because I couldn't believe آپ had the guts to talk to your dad like that! No matter how many times he put آپ in the corner, right after آپ would get out he would have to put آپ right back in because آپ would do something else that he didn't approve of!" I کہا "yeah that definitely sounds like something I would do!"

The car pulled up in front of the movie theater and thousands of شائقین were crowding the streets because word had gotten out that I was going there to see a movie. I sighed with frustration and Kyle suggested "why don't we just go back to my dad's place? He and my stepmom left last night to go on a business trip and they won't be back for three weeks." I asked "what about your little brother and little sister?" He کہا "they are with my great aunt." I کہا dying with the anticipation of getting to be a normal teenager for once "that sounds awesome!" Jeff کہا "I guess since you'll be at his house then I don't really need to be there to protect آپ because no one will know that you're there."

Kyle and I walked through the front door of his father's ہوم in London. I looked around and it doesn't look like much has changed since I was there when I was a little kid. Kyle sat down on the سوفی, لٹانا and gestured for me to sit down اگلے to him. He کہا "I hope this isn't going to be too boring for آپ sitting around here!" I کہا "boring are آپ kidding me? I've been looking آگے to just being able to relax for a long time!" He passed me an Xbox controller and asked "you want to play?" I کہا "sure but; be prepared for me to kick your butt!" He playfully کہا "I think you're a little too overconfident!" I smirked at him and کہا "no; I'm just stating the obvious." He smiled and کہا "oh; we'll have to see about that!"

After about four hours of playing video games, Kyle's stomach started growling and he asked "do آپ want to make something to eat?" I کہا "sure but, I have to warn آپ that I'm not the best cook!" He laughed and کہا "neither am I so; I guess were even." I opened up the fridge and saw some hamburger that wasn't frozen. He opened up one of the cupboards and کہا "there's پاستا shells." He tossed the box to me and I کہا as I looked down at it "that's not پاستا shells آپ doofus; it's bowtie pasta!" He laughed and asked "what's the difference? There pretty much the same thing; just shaped differently." I کہا "I guess you're right about that one! What's the point of making them into little bowtie shapes? You're just going to eat them anyway." He laughed and asked "I'm guessing were making پاستا with meat sauce?" I کہا "yeah; I'll do the پاستا and آپ can cook the hamburger."

Kyle's phone started ringing and he stopped cooking the hamburger to answer it. I heard him say "oh that's great news! So all I have to do is pick up my diploma and drop off all my books? Okay, I'll stop سے طرف کی the school at the end of the week to drop everything off. Thanks for letting me know. I'll see آپ then Mr. Hartford; goodbye." I asked curiously "who was that?" Kyle responded with a big smile on his face "that was my principal and he کہا my application for early graduation was approved this morning!" I asked "you're graduating a سال early?" He کہا "yeah; I have really good grades in all my classes and I really hate doing sit down paperwork. I decided to add 12th grade classes to my schedule so I could graduate early." As I put up off the on his plate I کہا "you are so lucky!"

He was speechless and then we were interrupted سے طرف کی the sound of the smoke alarm going off. He کہا "oh crap; I forgot about the hamburger!" I burst out laughing as he stood up on a chair swarming smoke away from the alarm. I کہا as I looked at the charred remains of part of our meal" well; it looks like were just having پاستا with sauce!"

We both sat down in the living room on the سوفی, لٹانا and he کہا "sorry about burning the hamburger!" I کہا "that's fine; it doesn't really matter!" He passed me the sprinkled cheese and I asked "so what are آپ planning on doing after آپ get out of high school this week?" He کہا "I really want to be a mechanic! My friend dad owns a body دکان a few blocks away from here and he offered me a job at the beginning of اگلے year." I asked "what are آپ going to do to occupy yourself until then?" He sighed and کہا "I'll probably just be sitting around here because all my دوستوں will be at school during the day."

I thought about it for سیکنڈ and کہا "I have an idea." He asked while wiping his face with a napkin "what?" I کہا "my tour ends this week and آپ can come back to California with me to hang out! There's a spare bedroom for آپ to use and I'm sure my grandmother wouldn't mind because آپ and I are just friends!" He کہا "it sure would be nice to go back to California but; I wouldn't want to impose!" I کہا "my grandmother's pretty laid-back when it comes to me; she won't care! She enjoys hosting guests at Havenhurst! Plus I'm in desperate need of some friend time! If I don't go back to you, I'll be stuck in the house with them all the time!" He کہا "sure I'll come back with you; that does sound like fun!" I heard the tour bus pull up into Kyle's driveway and کہا "okay; come سے طرف کی the hotel at the end of the week and آپ can just leave with me on the flight back to California." He gave me a friendly hug goodbye and کہا "I'll see آپ then!"

January 30, 2011,

I performed the last کنسرٹ of my "Legacy" tour last night and was packing up my suitcase so we could leave for our flight back to California. There was a knock on my door and I answered it. Kyle stood there with his suitcase and he was dressed in winter clothes. I laughed and کہا "you are going to California with me; not Alaska!" He کہا "I know; all my shorts and tank tops are in my suitcase. This is all that I had left hanging in my closet to wear today."

Frank yelled from his hotel room "are آپ guys ready to leave yet? We have to get on the tour bus and hit the road if we want to make back to your grandmother's سے طرف کی tomorrow! Kyle کہا "wait; I thought we were flying." I کہا "I thought we were too; but Frank forgot all about the tour bus. If we flew, there would be no way to get the bus back to California and to the rental place!" Kyle کہا "oh okay; that's fine with me!"

Frank, Jeff, Kyle, and I all boarded the tour bus that was waiting outside the back door of the hotel; so I could easily sneak out without anybody noticing me. I sat down on the سوفی, لٹانا and Kyle کہا with his mouth wide open "this is so awesome!" I کہا "I thought it was too; at first!" Kyle asked "you mean that you're bored سے طرف کی all of this?" I کہا "yeah; nothing beats being at ہوم with my family!" He کہا "I bet آپ can't wait to see Carter!" I کہا "more than آپ could imagine! I've only seen him twice since I've been on tour and that makes me mad because I was told I would be able to see him a lot more! I wasn't even able to go see him on his سیکنڈ birthday two months پہلے and it hurt me a lot because the only thing I could do was help sing happy birthday to him on Skype!" Kyle کہا "I'm sure he'll be excited to see آپ tomorrow!" I کہا "Prince has been trying to explain to him دن سے طرف کی دن when I'm coming back ہوم but; he's too young to really understand! I don't even think he understands that I'll be back tomorrow! I'm so excited to surprise him and actually see with my own two eyes how big he had gotten! It's been eight months since I've seen him in person!" Kyle asked "do آپ think Carter is going to like me?" I کہا "I have a feeling that he's going to love you! I think he desperately wants a male role model!" Kyle کہا "well; I'd be happy to be that for him until I have to go back to London to work in the body shop!"

Hearing Kyle say that made me smile, I've always wanted to provide that for Carter but, I thought that was out of the سوال for a long time after Damien left! Even though having Kyle around as a friend to spend time with is only temporary, I'm definitely going to use him as a support system while he's in California! I'm getting to the point where I want to start breaking away from the adults in my life and start creating a life for Carter and I on my own! I hope I can figure all this out!

January 31, 2011,

I was woken up سے طرف کی Frank nudging my shoulder. I opened up my eyes and he کہا "wake up kid; we're on the سٹریٹ, گلی that leads to Havenhurst." Frank had the Havenhurst security guard open up the front gate and he parked the tour bus. Kyle and I got off the bus and Frank کہا "enjoy your two ماہ break AJ! I'm pretty sure I'll have a whole bunch of ideas for your اگلے career اقدام when it's over!" I کہا "okay; see آپ in two months Frank and Jeff." With that, the bus driver pulled the tour bus out of the driveway and I looked at Kyle with a smile on my face.

I کہا "come on; I'm dying to see my family!" He followed me into the گیراج and I opened the door with the spare key that was underneath the welcome mat. I walked inside with Kyle behind me and Prince looked up at me. He shouted "AJ's home" and ran up to hug me. Blanket, Paris, and grandma all got up from the میز, جدول and hugged me. I asked "is Carter still asleep?" Grandma کہا "yeah; he should be awake anytime now though!"

Grandma's eyes shifted over to Kyle and she asked "who's this AJ?" Before I could respond, Prince interrupted سے طرف کی asking "Kyle; is that you?" Kyle shook his head in agreement and I asked "grandma, I was wondering if Kyle could stay with us for a while?"

She immediately pulled me into one of the other rooms and asked in hushed tones "what is he to آپ guys? How do آپ know him?" I کہا "his father was a friend of dad's and we used to hang out from time to time when we were little." She asked "okay; well are آپ two dating?" I laughed and کہا "no; we're just friends!" She کہا "as long as آپ two are just دوستوں he can stay in the spare bedroom but; I'm telling آپ right now that if I catch any funny business going on he'll be out the door and you'll be going with him! Am I being understood?" I rolled my eyes and کہا "yes grandma; there's nothing to worry about!" I hugged her and کہا "thank آپ for letting him stay here! I'm so glad to have a friend to hang out with!"

Grandma and I went back out into the باورچی خانے, باورچی خانہ and I کہا "she کہا آپ could stay Kyle." Kyle کہا "thank آپ so much Mrs. Jackson!" Grandma responded "you're welcome; I'm glad to see Alanna has a friend again!" Blanket hugged me and کہا playfully "don't ever leave again! I missed آپ too much!" I put a piece of his hair behind his ear and کہا "don't worry; I won't be working for another two months and even after that, I'm not going on tour for a while!" He smiled up at me and کہا "good!"

As he stood there in the kitchen, I heard a tiny voice shouting from upstairs "uncle Prince; I'm awake!" Prince walked toward the stairs and I کہا "I'm back; I got it! Kyle, come up with me because I want آپ to meet someone!"

Kyle followed me upstairs and we walked into my bedroom. Carter was standing up in his پالنے, پالنا with his hair sticking out everywhere. Carter کہا "mommy; when did آپ come back?" I lifted him out of the پالنے, پالنا and کہا "I just got back buddy; what's up?" He کہا "I missed آپ so much mommy!" I کہا "I missed آپ so much more! Can I have a kiss?" He lightly pecked my lips and I کہا "I want آپ to meet somebody! This is my friend Kyle; can آپ say hello?" Carter hid his face in my shoulder and I کہا "I guess he's going to act shy today."

I put him on the ground in front of Kyle and he clutched my leg. Kyle bent down and کہا "hi buddy!" Carter looked up at me and asked "why does he talk funny?" I picked Carter up and started laughing. Kyle کہا "he must be talking about the English accent I have!" I کہا "he lives in England Carter and a lot of people from England talk that way." Carter کہا seeming to lose interest in Kyle "I'm hungry!" I کہا "okay; let's go get آپ something to eat."

The three of us went downstairs and I put Carter in his high chair. I asked as I looked in the pantry "do آپ want cereal?" Carter کہا "Cheerios" and I took the box over to the table. I poured the cereal into a bowl and passed it to him. I asked "what do آپ say Carter?" He responded "thank you" and I کہا "you're welcome."

After he was done eating, I let him out of his high chair and we walked into the play room. Carter dumped out his bucket of hot wheels cars and sat down on the floor. As I played with him, Kyle sat down اگلے to me and watched in silence. I looked over at him and then back at Carter as I کہا "Carter; Kyle knows a lot about cars!" Carter stood up and passed Kyle one of the toy cars and asked "what kind is that?" Kyle looked down at it and کہا "it looks like the مستونگ, mustang to me!" Carter کہا "I want to دکھائیں آپ my racetrack!" As Kyle knelt down on the floor to play with him, I whispered in his ear "I think آپ won him over!"

February 1, 2011,

I woke up this morning to Carter calling for me. I forced myself up even though I didn't want to and walked over to take him out of his crib. I playfully کہا as I smiled down at him "I really wish آپ didn't wake up so early every day!" He reached his arms out for me to pick him up and I put him on my hip. He looked at me and asked "where's Kyle mommy?" I کہا "I think he's still sleeping. Do آپ want to go wake him up?" Carter shook his head in agreement and we made our way down the hall.

We walked into the guest bedroom and Kyle was fast asleep wearing a plain white T-shirt and blue pajama bottoms. I put Carter down on the بستر and he started jumping on it. Kyle opened his eyes and smiled. Carter stuck his face a few inches away from Kyle's and asked "are آپ awake yet?" Kyle and I laughed and he کہا "I am now!"

Kyle got out of the بستر and I کہا "the first thing he کہا this morning was 'where's Kyle?'” Grandma yelled from downstairs "breakfast is ready!" I was about to pick Carter up when he کہا "no; I want Kyle to carry me!" I looked at him shocked and Kyle کہا "alright." Kyle picked him up and Carter smiled like I've never seen him smile before.

We went downstairs and Kyle put Carter in his high chair. There was a whole bunch of food on the میز, جدول and everyone sat down. I passed Carter a piece of بیکن and Paris asked "what was it like being on tour AJ?" I کہا "it was really fun at first but; then I started to really miss آپ guys! I'm definitely glad to be back home! Even at the hotels I would stay at, شائقین would stand outside shouting my name over and over; all night long!" Don't get me wrong, I love my fans; but آپ think that they would know that I would be trying to sleep at night!" Prince asked "did آپ do meet and greets before the concerts with fans?" I کہا "I did a few times; but the شائقین got too crazy and it started to become dangerous! One of them actually ripped the سونا chain I was wearing right off my neck and ran off with it after she had her picture taken! Enough about me; how do آپ and Paris like going to school at Buckley?" Paris کہا "it's so much better than homeschooling! I've made tons of دوستوں already!" Prince کہا "yeah me too; I made the باسکٹ, باسکٹ بال team last week!" I کہا "that's cool; I can't wait to go to one of your games!" He کہا "we'll have to play some باسکٹ, باسکٹ بال so I can get some practice in!" I took the last bite of my food and asked "you want to go play باسکٹ, باسکٹ بال outside right now?" Prince threw his plate in the sink and کہا "sure." Kyle کہا "oh man; I can't wait to see this!"

Kyle, Prince, Carter, and I walked outside to the باسکٹ, باسکٹ بال court. Kyle sat down in the گھاس with Carter and کہا "look; mommy's going to play باسکٹ, باسکٹ بال with uncle Prince!" I dribbled the باسکٹ, باسکٹ بال back and forth in my hands and کہا "I hope you're ready to lose little brother!" He کہا "don't get too ahead of yourself!"

We played for a solid گھنٹہ and Prince was only a few points away from me. Both of us were getting tired and Prince shot the ball in one last attempt to catch up to me. The ball rebounded off the backboard and fell to the ground. I laughed and کہا "well, well, well, looks like I won again!" He کہا as he smiled "good game AJ! One of these times I'm going to end up beating you!" I کہا "whatever آپ say Prince."

Carter ran up to me and کہا "yay; mommy won!" Kyle کہا "I had no idea that آپ are so good at basketball!" I کہا "I taught Prince everything he knows and he still hasn't beaten me yet! I guarantee آپ that once he gets a little bit taller he'll be some true competition for me." Kyle and I laughed as we looked down as Carter attempted to dribble the basketball.

February 17, 2011,

It was 9 o'clock in the morning when Prince came into my room and کہا "we'll be back in a few weeks." That caused me to open my eyes and I asked "where are آپ guys going?" Prince کہا "I don't really know; I guess we're just going to hang out. I think were going to Hawaii. It sucks that آپ can't come with us! Grandma wasn't expecting آپ to be done with your tour so soon یا else she would have bought آپ a plane ticket!" I کہا "that's okay; I have Carter and Kyle to keep me company while all of آپ are gone! Do آپ know exactly when آپ be back?" Prince کہا "grandma کہا just a few weeks but; آپ know how she is always changing her mind." I got out of بستر and hugged him as I کہا "have fun in Hawaii! I'll hold the fort down while you're gone!"

After I heard all of them leave, I looked over at Carter's پالنے, پالنا to see that he was still fast asleep. I went downstairs and saw Kyle sitting down on the couch." Kyle کہا "it feels weird having only three people in this huge house!" I کہا "I'm definitely going to enjoy the quiet while we have it.

February 18, 2011,

I woke up this morning and felt like I had the flu. Sure enough, a few منٹ later I ended up throwing up! Kyle came into my bedroom startled سے طرف کی the noise and asked "are آپ okay?" I climbed back into the بستر کہا "I feel awful!" Carter was woken up سے طرف کی our conversation and کہا "mommy." I let out a deep sigh and Kyle کہا "if you're not feeling well I can take care of him for you!" I rubbed my eyes and کہا "oh no; I couldn't ask آپ to do that." He کہا "I don't mind; get some rest because آپ look exhausted!" He took Carter out of his پالنے, پالنا and کہا "looks like it's just me and آپ today dude!"

Four hours later, I woke up and was feeling quite a bit better. I walked downstairs and into the play room. I sat down on the سوفی, لٹانا اگلے to Kyle and he asked "are آپ feeling any better?" I کہا "a lot better; thanks for watching him for me!" He کہا "no problem; we've been watching cartoons all day." I asked "did آپ change him? I won't be mad if آپ didn't! Most guys don't want anything to do with that!" Kyle کہا "of course I did! For someone who's never changed a diaper before, I think I did pretty good; considering I had to change him five times." I کہا "I'm glad he got it out of his system before I woke up!" Kyle کہا "I didn't know if آپ were in the mood to eat anything; but I ordered a پیزا and it just got here about five منٹ ago.

We walked into the باورچی خانے, باورچی خانہ and sat down at the table. Kyle put Carter in his high chair and I stood up so I could cut his food. Kyle stopped me and کہا "I got it; آپ just sit and relax!" I stared at him as he cut Carter's پیزا into the smallest possible pieces and passed it to him.

I've already got a small crush on Kyle; but seeing his inner parent is really making me مزید interested. With Damien I was just being a stupid teenager but now that I've got Carter to worry about I can't be like that anymore.

March 15, 2011,

I was sitting on the سوفی, لٹانا in the living room, not expecting to do much for my 17th birthday because my family was still in Hawaii and it was still just the three of us.

It was about 5 o'clock at night and Kyle کہا "come on; I want to take Carter and آپ out for a nice رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا on me!" I کہا with a surprised look on my face "if آپ really want to آپ can." Carter interrupted "I want to eat McDonald's!" I looked at Kyle and کہا "I kind of agree with him on that one! I don't really like going to fancy restaurants." Kyle کہا "if آپ want to go to McDonald's then we can go to McDonald's! It's your birthday!"

After I put Carter's shoes on him, we walked out to my truck and Kyle put Carter in his car seat. We drove to McDonald's and ordered our food. After getting our food, we decided to stay in the truck to eat. As I was about to pass Carter his french fries, I saw that he was fast asleep with an empty چیزبرگر, چیسیبرگر wrapper on his lap. I laughed and کہا "well; it looks like آپ and I have some extra fries." I put the fries in between the two of us and it seemed like every time one of us would try to reach for a fry our hands would clash with each other.

Kyle and I walked through the front door of Havenhurst and I was carrying Carter who was still asleep in my arms. I gently laid him down on the سوفی, لٹانا and turned the TV on just in case he woke up so he would know where he was. I covered him with a throw blanket and kissed his forehead.

When I walked upstairs to my room I noticed that Kyle was sitting on my بستر scrolling through songs on my iPod. I sat down اگلے to him and he took the earphones out of his ears. He کہا "you have a lot of Jesse McCartney songs on here! Do آپ like him یا something? I pointed to the دیوار with all my Jesse McCartney posters on it and کہا "it's pretty obvious!"

We started talking and I کہا "I want to tell آپ something but; I don't want to freak آپ out!" He کہا "it's alright; I promise آپ that whatever is on your mind it won't freak me out; just tell me!" I took a deep breath and کہا "I have a huge crush on you!" He took a sigh of relief and کہا "oh thank God; finally!" I looked at him confused and asked "finally what?" He کہا "since the moment I saw آپ at the hotel I've had a crush on you! I was too afraid to say anything because I didn't know if آپ felt the same way!"

He leaned in to kiss me and I کہا "wait; if this is leading to where I think it is, I don't want it to be a just because sort of thing!" He asked "what do آپ mean سے طرف کی that?" I کہا "I'm not the type to اقدام things fast; but I've got a son and آپ and I aren't just going to be intimate! If آپ want this just as bad as I do right now, than آپ and I have to be officially dating!" He کہا "that's what I want too; what did آپ think I was going to do? I'm not going to just have sex with آپ because I'm in the mood at the moment! Has a guy ever used آپ like that before?" I کہا "yeah; right after Carter's birthday his dad convinced me that he was going to be there and a few days later I found out he had a girlfriend." Kyle کہا "that's awful; I would never do that to you!" He leaned in to kiss me again and I stopped him سے طرف کی saying "wait; I want آپ to realize that if آپ are choosing to تاریخ me Carter's part of that deal! Even if we break up, آپ have to promise me that he'll keep in contact with آپ in some way! I don't know if you've noticed; but he really likes آپ and I don't want him to get hurt سے طرف کی something between us!" Kyle looked me in the eyes and کہا "I don't just like you; I'm pretty sure I love آپ and I love Carter too!"

I had to take a منٹ to think about what he had just کہا to me. Did he just promise never to hurt me یا Carter? Did he promise to never abandon Carter like Damien did? Wait; did he just tell me that he loves me? Damien had کہا that he loved me before but never like that!

Kyle interrupted my thoughts سے طرف کی asking "are آپ okay? Did I say too much too soon?" I took the headphones out of my iPod and pressed play on "right where آپ want me" سے طرف کی Jesse McCartney. I finally granted his request for a kiss and let the موسیقی take control of me as it blasted through the speakers. "Girl; I'm going to let آپ have your way with me. Surprisingly, Kyle and I have been able to keep our relationship a secret from the rest of the family. We only do anything if we are in the house alone and no one suspects anything out of the ordinary. It was just Kyle, Carter, and I at Havenhurst because my siblings were at school and I had just gotten ہوم from a long دن of interviews for talk shows. My grandmother was out grocery shopping and Carter was entertaining himself in the play room downstairs. Kyle and I were upstairs and were watching TV. I could hear the front door shut in the distance and forced Kyle off of me. We walked downstairs and she asked "were آپ guys rearranging AJ's room? I thought I heard furniture moving around." I stormed out of the house with Kyle behind me and Carter in my arms. We went out to the truck and I climbed into the front seat. Kyle looked at me as my face turned red with rage and کہا "it'll be okay babe!" I کہا "I don't know where the hell she expects us to go!" I picked up my phone and started going through my phone book. I came across aunt Latoya's number and pressed the call button.

She answered the phone سے طرف کی saying "hello." I responded "hi; Long story short, grandma kicked all three of us out of the house and we have nowhere to go. Kyle کہا "the reason that bugs us is because we think she knew a long time پہلے about the two of us being in a relationship!" She asked "how do آپ think your grandmother knew?" I کہا as I blushed with embarrassment "one could say that I'm not the most quiet person in the world when it comes to that!" Kyle chuckled and کہا "trust me; she is right when she کہا that!"

Aunt Latoya asked "wait; one of your uncles wasn't there with her when she kicked آپ guys out; was there?" I کہا "yeah; but why does that matter?" She rolled her eyes and کہا "I guarantee آپ your uncles had something to do with this! They have so much power over your grandmother it's insane!"

She took Kyle, Carter, and I to her spare bedroom and کہا "you can stay for as long as آپ need!" Kyle and I hugged her as I کہا "thank آپ so much!" She کہا "you're welcome; it's no problem at all! I'm going to go call your grandmother to see if she's okay! I swear, sometimes I just want to shake my brothers so badly so they wake up and see what they're doing to this family!"

I helped Kyle put together the playpen for Carter to sleep in and within minutes, Carter had fallen asleep. Kyle and I lied down in بستر اگلے to each other and he asked "what do we do now?"
