Lloyd's of London has gone to court ... asking a judge to let the company off the financial hook, claiming it doesn't owe the Michael Jackson Estate $17.5 million on grounds MJ was a fraud.
The company issued the muilti-million dollar policy to cover the doomed "This Is It" tour for losses.
But Lloyd's claims it doesn't have to honor the policy for 2 primary reasons:
1. Michael Jackson and AEG allegedly lied about Michael's medical history -- specifically, MJ کہا he had not seen a doctor other than a cosmetic MD since June, 2005.
2. Michael did not disclose he was taking prescription drugs prior to and at the time of his death -- including Propofol.

Sliverware are presenting Michael Jackson-The Tribute ''A Once In a Lifetime Exhibition at the Museum of Style شبیہیں from October 24-November 2009.
On June 25,2009,the world came to a sudden standstill in reactionn to the news of the untimely death of the greatest entertainer of all time-Michael Jackson.
Thus free tribute exhibit will showcase the most iconic property from the career of the King of Pop and includes unique memorabilia gifted from Michael to his دوستوں and family. These pieces have never before been on public display.
The highlight in the exhibit is Michael Jackson's iconic white glove,from his 1983 performance of Billie Jean at the Motown 25 ویژن ٹیلی special where he performed the moonwalk for the first time. The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to منسوخ this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's شائقین played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed سے طرف کی countless Michael Jackson شائقین worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."

Dr. Conrad Murray won't just face the judge in his manslaughter case on Monday -- we're told an army of MJ شائقین plans a little surprise of its own ... in the protest department.
A rep for Justice4MJ -- the پرستار group planning the demonstration -- tells TMZ that scores of Jackson شائقین plan to attend ... and it's all going down on the freeway overpass near the L.A. courthouse.

TMZ has learned the Holmby Hills mansion where Michael Jackson died is getting a serious boost in security -- so nobody messes with the super-expensive property while it's on the market.
Sources connected to the ہوم tell us ... now that people know the ہوم is "vacated and for sale, the property owners have increased security to keep it safe."
