How do the ایوارڈز get added on to the سوالات and ویڈیوز in this club?

I'm not too sure what آپ mean سے طرف کی that, but the admins are the ones that attach the ایوارڈز to the سوالات and ویڈیوز (probably سے طرف کی coding یا something), not the users, I think.
