Well, I'm pretty sure آپ just press the green button on the right that says "Become a fan." Then you'll be notified in the place that says "my updates" of things that happen in the club, such as سوالات and جوابات being posted, تصاویر and ویڈیوز being added, and a lot more. آپ may get a lot of notifications depending on how active the club is.
