He was 6 when his mom was killed by the leader of an opposing village & his dad was taken captive, also at 6 years old his twin brother destroyed there village after finding out their parents were a sacrifice & and his brother came and got him & they ran away. When he turned 8 he decided that he didnt want to follow in his brothers footsteps, one night he decided to sneak away and find a village that needs his expertise in wind jutsus. One day he stumbled upon Konoha's front gates he walked in and asked to talk with their leader so a jounin from the village known as Asume took him to the Hokage, Shina told the Hokage his story and they took a vote amongst the village to see if he should stay well majority voted he was an outsider so he should remain an outsider, Shina knew he would never be accepted by a village, but Asume said if the boy stays he will take care of him and train him as his son. The Hokage said ok but Asume would be reasponsible for Shinas actions, Asume said he was ok with that. shortly after the village was short a ninja for an important mission that Asume was assigned so Asume proposed Shina should go, the Hokage said it was to dangerous, Asume said Shina was better than him with wind jutsus and he was learning how to work with a team by secretly going out on missions team 10 was assigned, so the Hokage agreed to let him go but if he were to get in the way or effect the mission badly then he was to leave the village immediately, Asume agreed. Well the mission was a complete success and Shina helped greatly. soon after he was appointed to work with team 10 he passed the genin exams and the day after that he passed the chunin exams and the day neji passed the jounin exams he passed as well (but only becoming a special jounin for his wind jutsu expertise and his sneaky maneuvering and not to mention his amazing skills to gather info from long distances due to his incredible hearing). Then the ANBU Black Opps asked if he could join the Hokage then agreed that he would ba an excellent acception to ANBU he accepted shortly after that he became ANBU leader.

He really didn't know where to go so he kept on walking and met up his four other kids and they grew up together. The kids names' were Konishi(Male), Miya(Female), Morita(Male), and Kazu(Male). They are young for how long they lived, this is because when the group got into their 20s they used a super forbidden jutsu that makes them never age but they can be killed and they ended up pretty sick after that and were always coughing up blood. These are the ages that are, Ketsueki(25), Kazu(23), Morita(24, and Konishi and Miya(22).Ketsueki and his group are now the intel division squad 2 and Ketsueki is their leader.
Jutsu:Fire Release: Mist Covering Technique:After performing the necessary hand seals, the user is able to create and blow a flammable gas from their lungs. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball.
Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique; Ignites the flammable gas that comes from his lungs.
Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountain:He uses this jutsu to make the last two jutsu way stronger.
White Wind Blade: This is Ketsueki's most used jutsu. He makes a white wind chakra blade on his lower right arm. This is good for close combat.
Water Clone Technique:The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Water Prison Technique:This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to speak. However, the one imprisoned still has to maintain the ability to breathe. Ketsueki had this done on him way to many times. :P
Using this jutsu, the user can spit a stream of extremely sticky syrup that covers the ground and holds opponents in place. Any ninja capable of walking on water can avoid being stuck in the syrup, but needs to do so before being caught. Ketsueki was captured in this when Izumo used it in the fight with Hidan and Kakuzu. :P
Gekkei Genkai: Ripple Mind: Ketsueki is able to enter someone's mind and gather intel. This is as powerful as Inoichi's mind transfer jutsu getting him a spot in the Intel Division. The ripple part comes from when Ketsueki does the tiger hand sign and ripples of water apear over his index and middle fight that are together during the hand sign. Ketsueki also has a protection seal in his mind and if you trigger it you will be traped in the ripples forever but it you don't trigger it and gett intel from Ketsueki you will have amnesia when you get out.

Back Story: Junichi was born in the Rock Village with his parents Maki (mother) and Zouzuki (father) Hashimoto. From birth, Junichi was blind and was treated most of his life as a baby; being shepherd around and not allowed to leave his home without some sort of an escort. Junichi grew tired of this and made the resolution to become a ninja to prove that his physical blindness was only an illusion of the mind and is irrelevant to the value of a person. When he joined the Academy, Junichi was praised for his excellent chakra control and taijutsu prowess despite his blindness. However, because of the attention he was getting, some of the other students grew antagonistic and would regularly assault Junichi. These act of violence would only strengthen his resolve.One day, when Junichi came home, he found his mother in bed coughing up blood. When Junichi asks what's wrong, his mother asks Junichi to come closer and gives him a kiss on the cheek and says "Your father and I are proud. You proved that you could see what most people can't..." Her words trail off until she breathes her last breath. Junichi is devastated and left blank and distant. His father on the other hand seemed more concerned with the fact that Junichi found his mother dead instead of Junichi's dead mother. Zouzuku asks a Rock village shinobi to escort Junichi to Konohagakure to stay with his Aunt Masumi who is a Leaf Village shinobi. When Junichi became a Jounin, he was given a mission to investigate the mysterious disappearance of villagers in he Land of Fire...
