As much as I want to say Kimimaro, it would be illogical to enter a dying body. Only ones I would go for are Sasuke, Kabuto, Kidomaru or sakon and ukon

Kimimaro had an illness and hes my favorite character so I wouldn't take him over, instead I would want to take over Killerbee since he has a good range of jutsu, he has the Hachibi and hes my second favorite character. Theres no way in hell I could beat Killerbee if I was Orochimaru though lol

Kimimaro beat the Sound 4 effortlessly without even having to go in his second curse state. Kimimaro also stopped Jugo's violent rages without hurting him or being injured himself.

Haku could perhaps be Sound 4 level with a curse mark but hes not touching Kimimaros level.

Well you have to remember Haku showed up at the beginning of the series and thats just his Kekkei Genkai.

No Zabuza said Kakashi would lose and he was wrong, theres no way Kakashi would of lost to Haku back then. I think Zabuza was just using it to unsettle and worry Kakashi.
