I think that Tony made the biggest sacrifice for the team, because he gave up Jeanne. Even though I believe it was the right decision, it still hurt him deeply.

I think that Tony is right behind Ziva on this one just because it would have been aweful to kill your own brother instead of Gibbs and she also fell in love with a dieing man those two things HAD to have been hard.

Tony has mase tons of sacrifices for the team..dthe two that come to my mind right away..the jeanne(the frog's daughter) and then when GIbbs came back and Jenny was going to give Tony his own team since he did so well when Gibbs was gone and TOny turned it down....those are both huge sacrifices especially for a guy like tony

Tony gave up Jeanne which I still can't believe (even though I'm an avid Tiva fan). That broke my heart so I couldn't imagine how they felt. And... when he turned down having his own team. Big sacrifices.

Ziva gave up alot too. Killing her brother, falling for a man who died (twice - Roy & Rivkin). All that torture in Africa she went through, etc

killed her brother, decided to become an american citizen... and who knows what happened is somolia.... but as far as i can tell she didnt break about ncis even while being tortured...
