Once Upon A Time سوال

is anyone else getting tired of the دکھائیں making us feel sorry for the villains?

i mean it just seems like every villain thats been on the show, they دکھائیں us a backstory that makes us feel pity for them. i mean i'm already an evil regal after watching the stable boy and i've had my on and off feelings for rumple and i even felt bad for cora which is something i swore i would never do. lol (and i miss her) i'm really hoping they dont do a backstory on king george that'll make us feel pity for him. thats one guy i never ever wanna feel pity for. i'm hoping the same for tamara and hook. i've felt sorry for enough villains. i wanna see villains without having to worry about having conflicting feelings for. i wanna feel confident enough to hate them and never give it a سیکنڈ thought.

ok maybe i didnt word this right. i do like that they give the villains' backstory and i love that they made them not be evil سے طرف کی birth. its just sometimes tiring for me to constantly feel sympathy for the people that i really wanna hate. lol i really hope i dont have to worry about that with tamara یا george. i know we learned about how his wife was cursed to never have children and i know he lost his son but really, thats no excuse for his actions

I like the back stories because it gives as a better sense of why they ended up the way they did instead of just being evil just because. However the Regina thing is getting on my nerves. Like for example people use to be on team Emma and wanted her to big the sh*t out of Regina. Then when we get Regina's back story people suddenly people go to team Regina and act like she's a goddess and the most gorgeous character on the show, which she's FAR from. I think some people take these things too far like with Regina. Just because آپ feel bad for her doesn't mean آپ suddenly treat her like she's a goddess.

Also I didn't feel any pity for Cora, she deserved all the suffering she got. Also I think we already got King George's back story; his wife was curses, couldn't have children, died, his adopted son died, and his twin brother ruined everything for him. That's pretty much as deep as it gets.

I'm really not, I like seeing the backstories of the Villains. It gives so much مزید depth to the characters and shows that they aren't just 1 dimensional like so many of the characters on the show. I am one of those believers that Regina is سے طرف کی FAR the most gorgeous and interesting character on the دکھائیں and I make no qualms about it. I like seeing how they got to be the way they are today because it's life everyone has a back story and situations that shaped and molded them into the people they are.

I actually don't feel sorry for Cora. But I think the writers tried to make her sympathetic, and they just failed.

Here's the thing: Many times, people who do bad things had horrible, troubled pasts that led them to make those decisions. Making every villain evil just because gets boring.

BUT
Sometimes, people are bad just because they are. Sometimes, there's no real reason for them to kill, rape, steal, lie, maim, manipulate. Sometimes they enjoy getting off on pain.

Much like how making every villain evil just because gets boring, making every villain have some tragic sob story behind them gets boring too.

They've already hinted that George has a tragic backstory (what with his wife drinking a potion and being unable to have children, and then his beloved son dying, and his kingdom starting to crumble). And we know, to an extent, that Hook has a sad story too (with Milah being killed سے طرف کی Rumple).

I'm holding out for Tamara. And Maleficent, if the writers do decide to bring her back.

i never felt bad for milah's death. i think she had it coming. she left rumple cause he made her look bad and he embarassed her. a good wife would've stayed with him no matter what like belle. and worst of all she left bae too! she left a poor 4 یا 5 سال old all alone in the house until rumple came home. i'm sorry but i have no sympathy for milah یا hook

× What is with this total disregard of milah life. Sure she w as a کتیا, کتيا but she was also a person and didnt desevse to die. The only excuse anyone has for killing another person is in self defense. Also this "good wife" really gets me riled up. Perhaps it's just my feminist upbringing speaking but a woman has the right to do what ever makes her happiest. The days of being chained to your husband until آپ die are long gone. If آپ are no longer happy in your marriage یا discover that your partner is a sociopath and a murderer I would encourage anyone to GET OUT!

I usually always feel for the villian. I firmly believe that every villian is a hero in his یا her own mind and who plays the hero and who plays the villian is all a matter of perspective.

However, I do believe there are exceptions to this; some villians are just evil for the sake of evil. Palpatine from the سٹار, ستارہ Wars فلمیں is a great example of this exception.

I do like to have at least one villain that I can hate without felling guilty about it. For me that was Cora. Her backstory didn't make me feel sorry for her so much as explain why she was so evil. I did feel sorry for Gina when she died though. I'm hoping Tamara with take her place. Of couse i feel sorry for Gina and Rumpel and I do feel sorry for Hook but only because he is such a pathetic character, I don't have any quams about cheering when he gets taken down though. It fact I like it when all the villains lose. I can feel sorry for them but still hope all there evil plans crash and burn.
