has rapunzel been affected سے طرف کی the first curse?

she doesnt seem like she was ever in storybrooke but i thought the only part of the enchanted forest that wasnt affected سے طرف کی the curse was the area hook and cora was in. plus she had to have been in the tower before and during when the first curse was enacted unless she got in sometime during the events of the first and سیکنڈ season and before the curse she was in her ہوم realm. i dont know. i'm so confused i dont really know what i'm saying at this point lol
