But he used magic to save Anna as a child after Elsa accidently struck her in the head and he took away Anna's memories of Elsa's magic and he used magic to دکھائیں Elsa the dangers of her powers.

But it's also been implied that she has never met anyone else with magic itself other then Grand Pabble which is what I'm confused about.
