How could Anna survive the big fall in "Family Business?"

I mean I'm glad she did cause it would suck if she died but seriously, that was a BIG fall and she did fall on rocks so it seems awfully lucky that she survived and isn't badly injured. I mean yeah she was knocked out but the fall could've just as easily have killed her and/or caused broken bones. Again I'm not complaining cause it's good she survived. It's just kinda confusing to me. lol
