So is it possible the storybook was written several several centuries پہلے before any of the stories in it actually happened?

I'm going through the theory that after they've کہا the book is special if maybe it was written before any of the stories in it actually happened like before Regina's tragic story with losing Daniel, before Cora's backstory, maybe even before Rumple's childhood. I'm thinking whoever wrote this must have the ability to predict the future and/or has the ability to write stories of how any future person whether they're born yet یا not will live their lives. It just makes sense to me since Regina, Ursula, Cruella and Maleficent are content on finding out who wrote their story that maybe everything that's happened was out of their control. Even Cora's actions of killing Daniel was out of her own control. Maybe because they're currently villains (or in Regina's case WAS a villain) that they must live with their lifestyle and find a way so that villains can get happy endings too. I don't know. The fact that Regina is blaming the مصنف for how her story plays out made me wonder if all her evil doings was really in her control یا the author's.
