Rumps won't be out for a while so I'll vote for my second hated villain from the ones left. I hate James and how he just left Jacklyn for dead. She loved him (it seemed that way) and she trusted him and he betrayed her. Just like how Rumple betrayed Belle, but he didn't kill her, only someone else.

I dislike her.
