he has done some pretty brave and heroic things but I think the fire is worse they were both bad situations but considering who he pulled out of the fire that was a very brave thing for him to do.

As dermer4ever said, he was very brave in the face of both situations. In my opinion, the shooting was worse because he had absolutely no control of anything once he entered the school. For all he knew he could have been shot as soon as he walked through the door. With the fire on the other hand, he could have assessed the situation as too dangerous and walked away unharmed before he got himself into trouble.

I think this and pulling Dan out the fire but like huggies said, he had no idea who had the gun in the school or how many people there were. It was a much more dangerous situation than the fire in my opinion.

Actually, saving Dan is the most stupid thing Lucas has ever done!

3.16 & 2.23 were crazy too! but with this one it had a lot of continuity. It started from 4.04-4.08. Luke truly looked out for peyton and warned her from the beginning. he also took the time and effort to find out about derek being a fraud then saved her during the actual attack, then was there to protect her (at his house for days on end) as follow through...he saved her in so many ways during that plotline.

Because he shouldn't have but he did.

i think that the hardest heroic thing he had to do was rescue dan up until season six when dan rescues jamie and haley i wud have said that lucas shud've let that muthafucker burn in hell and i still partialy thnk that.

but the most heroic was rescue peyton over and over again b/c he loves her and it was so romantic

All of these where brave but i think running into a burning building without a second thought to save Dan was amazing! And definitely the bravest!

Both...saving Peyton during the school shooting and pulling Dan out of the fire ( = But like SG1-090 already said...running into a burning building is so damn brave! Plus, saving someone you hate? That's probably even harder.

Going back into a school to save a life, knowing there is a shooter is very heroic. Saving Dan from the fire was heroic too, but in this he had more control on the situation.
