-"it has always been Lucas and Peyton". it was about Leyton since the very first episode. it started with them... and it ended with them
-the WAY they started, they had a huge obstacle to overcome (Nathan)... but their HUGE emotional connection was too great to ignore
-their history goes all the way back to 8th grade, Lucas writing predictions about marrying Peyton, and those predictions came true in the end
-they can't live without eachother
-no one can EVER come between them. they've cheated on other people, but NEVER eachother. they've dated other people, but their feelings for EACHOTHER always end up resurfacing, and prevail in the end
-they are sooo much more than just a typical high school relationship. they have love and a connection that actually lasted past that high school phase
-if it weren't for eachother, they wouldn't even be here right now (Lucas saving Peyton from the school shooting, and Lucas choosing to live in season 4 so he could tell Peyton that he loved her)
-they fit together so perfectly. they get eachother more than anyone else does. they have never had to apologize for who they are, or sacrifice their personalities in any way. they are who they are, and they fit together perfectly because of it. they have never been ashamed or afraid to be themselves around eachother, and they have never tried to change eachother... not once

Peyton was the girl of Lucas's dreams...he had the biggest crush on her.Peyton was dating Nathan and had a hard life as did Luke. The first time they talked when he fixed her car he told her about him/his mom/Nathan and Dan. He didn't even know her that well but still opened up to her even though she was being stubborn.Peyton had so much bad things happen to her and she didn't want to let people in cause she was afraid the people she loved will leave her hence"People Always Leave"(cause of her past experiences). They were alike in so many ways and they just fit together.They were flirtatious and adorable in season 1. They liked each other a lot but neither admitted it yet(until Nathan's party)...Luke confessed to peyton aout his feelings toward her and it didn't take a long time for Peyton to figure out that too. They both were scared of letting people in cause they were afraid of getting hurt..which made the "getting back together" part even harder. They couldn't stay away from each other once they both said they wanted to be together and shortly after they had to end it even though it was obvious that their hearts felt otherwise. They lost each other for awhile but then they finally had a relationship...but this time it was in the form of friends.They spent the summer together and had bonded and they were there for each other.
Lucas saved her countless times and like Skills told him in s4" You believe that? That you and P. Sawyer are just friends?" "So maybe you're the one who's confused! Cause you didn't just happen to rescue her a few times. You didn't just happen to run into the school that day or save her from psycho-Derek. Peyton happened to be there, but you chose to be there. So, maybe you gotta think about that."
and he put her first in several occasions.
Even though they were really great friends it wasn't long before their romantic feelings came back into light.Only this time instead of it being Lucas saying it first(in season 1)..it was Peyton.After burying her feelings for him cause he was involved with Brooke she finally told him she loved him in the library.("If I say I love you right now,would you hold it against me,cause I lost a lot of blood") They then shared an emotional sweet kiss. But it wasn't until a little after that incident when Luke finally admitted to himself and to peyton,that it was Peyton who he wanted standing next to him when his dreams come true. They finally got together in the middle of season 4..."Peyton! It's you."When all my dreams come true, the one I want next to me. It's you. It's you Peyton."(Even though it took him a awhile to realize that...atleast he realized it at some point!)
and didn't have any "love triangle drama"...anymore.Also they talked about forever!....They graduated and were together afterwards.They both wanted to pursue their dreams and that was where conflict arose. They still loved each other but they were living in different places and hardly saw each other.Luke came to see Peyton and initially proposed to her and he had said one of the sweetest proposals I have ever heard.But Peyton who loved him and did want to get married to him but not at that time said she wanted to wait which in turn made Luke want to close-up again(sound familiar????...season 1 maybe???) They then lost each other again through all the confusion and hurt but ended up meeting up again 2 years later at the Rivercourt. He was involved with another lady and even though he had feelings for her(just like he did for Brooke)Peyton was still the love of his life. It was obvious neither were over each other and they just like season 1 finally gave in to their feelings...that is until Lucas ran away and proposed to Lindsey.Peyton was devastated at first but had the strength to let Lucas go and let him be happy and Luke looked so lost when she told him that.He still loved her with all his heart. The wedding ended up not happening thanks to Lindsey realizing that even though she loved Luke and he did love her,she couldn't compete with Leyton's everlasting love. She stepped away and let destiny take it's course and not long after..Luke finally after 6 years of hurt,love and tragedy realized that he will always love Peyton no matter what.<He knew that already,by what he wrote about her in his books.>He loved Peyton.He proposed to her and they couldn't have been happier.They got surprising news when they found out that they were expecting. They dealt with some complications with the pregnancy ,together,as a couple. They got married in front of family and friends and they recited beautiful vows to each other that showcased their love over the years. Peyton gave birth to their baby daughter,Sawyer and the Scott family are now COMPLETE.Throughout Leyton's history they had gone back to some of their memorable moments together and they redid their past(Nathan's room(s1/s4 and the LA proposal s5/s6),they came back to the place where they first talked(s1,s4,s6)....they never forgot about their past. Now they left town with their daughter...but even with them gone... Lucas and Peyton's epic love will never be forgotten. Even after EVERYTHING they've been through,they always came back together.Lucas and Peyton;True Love Always. and Leyton plus baby...will live....happily ever after......
THAT IS WHY I LOVE LEYTON !!!!
And Leyton is monotonous and boring! Their "EPIC" love has no bright colours at all!

ummm- there meant to be, you can follow there love story from start to finish. all the signs in the show point to them, he owns her heart (vice versa) ... no matter who mark puts each of them with he always brings them together somehow (e.g. motel, school shooting, 5.07 and more) not to mention they have awesome chemistry.
lol and also because i could find a way of contradicting everything jessica just said making it proLP ... but i wont cause she asked us not to hate her and i will find a way of making it an argument "/
They were eachothers first love's, you can try and deny that but it'll never change...he will always be the guy for her...he fought for her...but he never fought for Peyton or any other girl for that matter...I am so sick of hearing people bash Brucas...you've got what you wanted Leyton fans, LP is together so please stop trying to turn every memory we have of BL into something bad...they were in love with eachother, get it straight!!!
I'm not one of those Leyton fans that hate Brucas and Brooke (actually I love Brooke), but the truth is that Brooke deserves better, deserves someone who loves her... because Lucas could never gave her that, because he has always love Peyton!!
I love leyton because the reasons EVERYONE said!It is amazing to watch them be together, they make just believe in love! They are so perfect together and they APPRECIATE each other! Leyton is epic
well cuz for me they were the first couple to ever make me actually belive in love. theyre not some fairytale where everything is rainbows and butterflies, but with them you can see reality. two totally different people who got thrown togeher in this whirl-wind with the initial wrong intentions, brooke just looked at lucas as a conquest and lucas only got interested in brooke when peyton rejected him. but these two comming together was probablly the perfec example of serendepity. a fortunate accident. they surprised one another and the viewers. lucas saw brooke in this whole new light, he was the first person to see through her facade, he knew the real brooke davis and he grew to love and appreciate her for who she was. and with brooke, lucas was the first guy who she ever opened her heart to. he kinda taught her to love. theires wasnt some corny love at first sight, senario, and he wasnt her knight and shining armor, and she wasnt the girl of his dreams. but they were two real people with the same heart. they both grew as individuals in their relationship, learning from one another and growing together in love, sure they faught but for me fighting shows how much you care about someone. they were insanley in LOVE, they were written beuatifully none of their moments were suger coated or corny, everything was pretty much raw emotion with them. the one quote from the notebooke "plant a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds" that was pretty much BL. so crazy in love they did crazy things, but at the same time there was this feeling that everything was okay cuz they were together. and altho it didnt end with them, what they had was real and deffo true love. pretty trajic relationship, and i love a good trajedy lol. theyre my fave couple tied with Jeyton and rory&jess from Gilmore Girls, for pretty much generally the same reasons. soo yea i guess this is a little bit of me trying to explain why i love BL lol. i dont think i did a good job but i hope it helps ur project :)
