Brooke has already been godmother twice; to Jamie & Sawyer so I think they would let Quinn especially as she has been a great support to Naley in Season 7!

I would kind of liked it to have been Peyton if she was still in the show, then it would have been the two best friends!

<roll eyes> I hope peyton comes back and then she'll be the godmother...or maybe Brooke can be it again..anyone but Quinn please...but its pretty predictable to choose Quinn..so I'm going with that and I'm going to hope they surprise me with P.Sawyer going back to TH and helping out Hales during the pregnancy..but chances of that ever happening is very slim..
