Brooke is close because of her attack in season 6, but psychically, I think Nathan had the worst of all, for sure.

Or Nathan, with all of his basketball injuries. But come on... Peyton was shot, attacked... twice, and had a life-threatening pregnancy!

By this I mean who has been injured/physically hurt the most & whether it's left an impact on them.

Lucas: Car accident in s1, HCM problems, cardiac arrest & he's been punched up a lot in his time. Personally I don't think he seemed too disraught after any of this :S

Brooke: Get beaten up, was in a major car accident, has been punched a few times {although I admit she probably instigated it}

Peyton: Got shot in the leg, got beaten up by Psycho Derek, was in a car crash but it didn't seem too serious & it was kind of lame, and she had pregnancy problems. Oh, and that cat fight with Nikki gave her a few bruises I'm guessing (:

Haley: Car crash, has been bitch slapped a few times, tried to drown herself.

Nathan: Has been beaten up a lot, car crash twice, wheelchair, etc.

although Brooke was attacked, was injured heavily and had a car accident she is not even close to Nathan and Peyton

Peyton was shot in the leg... it was bad but it was nothing compared to what could have happened. She was on crutches for what, one episode?? Her 2 attacks... they were bad, but she came out of both of them with basically just some scratches/bruises.

Her pregnancy was the worst in my opinion. It literally almost killed her.

Nathan... good god, Nathan almost killed himself crashing a racecar, was thrown through a window and was paralyzed for months.

Brooke was savagely beaten & almost died from drowning. She was basically dead, and by some miracle came back to life.

Honestly, I don't think anyone can say which of them had it worst unless you've experienced each individual thing so just get over it!

If you believe Peyton has had the toughest life physically, that's your opinion, great!

Same goes for if you chose Brooke, or Nathan, it's EACH INDIVIDUALS RIGHT TO HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION!!

I think definitely Nathan...

They've all had some crazy crap happen to their bodies... but Nathan, Peyton, and Brooke have been through the most physically in my opinion.
Peyton: fight with Nicki, got shot, attacked by Ian Banks, attacked again by Ian Banks, got slapped by Brooke, car accident, had placenta previa
Brooke: punched by Peyton, attacked by Ian Banks, beaten badly by the guy who killed Q, almost drowned, infertile
Nathan: fight with Lucas (and probably several others), drove a race car into a concrete wall and was hospitalized, almost drowned, thrown through a glass window and was in a wheel chair for months, thrown through glass again during slamball, all the bruising he got from slamball, deteriorating back muscles, nerves, and bones.

I say "definitely" Nathan because the physical damage done to his body was permanent. He lost the ability to walk for months and will never have his body back to the "normal" condition of someone in their mid-20s. Most athletes retire at a young age... but definitely not as young as Nathan. He's in his mid-20s and his back was already deteriorating.
