No one, really. But if he DID still make a phone call... it would definitely be to Lindsey, not Brooke. She's the one who he had been in love with, already proposed to, said "I do" to, and spent numerous episodes before 5x18 pining after, and fighting for. Not Brooke. He wasn't in love with Brooke. And Brooke wasn't in love with him. And there's not one scene that takes place after season 4 that questions that. Period lol.

for the love of god, someone please explain that logic to me lol. saying that you wish he would have called her is one thing..but thats not what the question is asking. its asking who do you THINK he would have called. how could anyone think that he'd call brooke? at all, much less over lindsay?? that majorly confuses me!

Okay, I probably went way to far back with this question. It would depend on if everything with Peyton still happened, like everything in high school because if it didn't, if Peyton was never a part of Lucas' life like she was, than it probably would have been Brooke, if everything still happened with Peyton so that Lucas actually did met Lindsay, like he did, than it would be Lindsay, matter of fact, if their was no Peyton within these few episodes because if she wasn't in 5x18, than she wouldn't be the reason why Lindsay and Lucas broke up and they would have gotten married when they were supposed too. If that makes sense.....:)
