I Wanna Make Some POM موسیقی Videos!!!

I've recently heard from many people that آپ can use Windows Movie Maker to make موسیقی ویڈیوز سے طرف کی adding Video Clips and Songs.
So, let's get to the point...
If I use WMM, do I need to have a 'Camcorder' to record یا take Clips from POM to do it?
یا what if I don't use WMM, but a new Software called CyberLink Power Director, do I need to record Clips from a 'Camcorder' for this too?
I know آپ need to have the POM Episodes on your PC first, but which Software does NOT need a Webcam یا VCR to Record Clips?
Which Software is مزید Easy and Flexible to use?
