Anyone ever seen some of the instruments dentists use during cosmetic surgery? It looks like something off of SAW. آپ get the shakes from the power drill? Pft. Try to relax in this chair. Just check out all those tools that would be right in your face.
Since penguins are without teeth, I don't really have an exact answer as to why Kowalski is afraid of the dentist.
However, there have been cases of dentists being called in to help repair damaged bird beaks with dental compounds یا some type of insert. Here's an example of an Alaskan dentist who helped repair the beak of a bald eagle: link.
Maybe he was watching televsion, surfing through the channels and landed on a channel with a dentist sticking metal objects into a guy's mouth. It freaked him out. A similar thing happened to me. I watch the show, House, very often, and it made me even مزید afraid of needles then I already was. And once I was searching through the channels and landed on a دکھائیں with a girl going through labor. Now I'm afraid to ever get pregnant. =P So yeah, maybe that's what happened.

here's a better سوال who isn't afraid of the dentist. I hate going to the dentist, first of all the place is way to bright and has a steral smell to it. Then آپ see all those sharp things they're gonna shove in your mouth and I just get the creeps.

Well, I'm not afraid of the dentist. I have, however, been a little frustrated with the dentist once when I had a crown put in. It was too big in the back and it drove me somewhat crazy for two weeks until I finally was able to have the dentist bring it down to size.

No idea. I'm scared of the dentist, but I don't really know why either. Why are some people scared of the dark? Hights? Crowds? Open spaces? Enclosed spaces? (give me an open space) Spiders? (ew) Snakes? (get away) Needles? (Skipper: AAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!) Get my point? (no pun intended)
I once had to have some teeth pulled out. I was asleep though. I don't think that's what caused my fear, because I was scared before that. Hm...any thoughts for me?
