The rules are simple: YOU are King Julien and you MUST ban the poster above you for some random and ridiculous reason.
Example:

Random poster: I, the King, hereby ban (insert username of the poster above) because your avatar tingy is the flat headed penguin and not of tha King, which is me.

~~~~~~~~~~

Random poster: I ban (insert username above) for claiming to be me, the King.
~~~~~~~~~~

Ect. Ect....

**THIS IS FOR FUN, NO ONE IS BANNED FOR REAL ** It MUST be forum/POM related and NOTHING to do with someone's own personal thing. NO inappropriate banning.
