Where did the picture of the P/A kiss come from?

Is it a leaked pic from a deleted scene یا a manip? Because it looks pretty real but I can't seem to find any info about it :S

I dont think it is in the deleted scenes...i just bought the movie and watched some of the deleted scenes. So far it is not in there!!! AHHHHH!!!
