Talking to Peter through my window

Okay so i have 2 سوالات to ask lol.
number 1: I have a very small window even I can't go through do آپ think peter can get through?

and number 2: I was talking to peter last night just so he can hear. And i felt like he was listening to every word that i was telling him. Do آپ think that this was a sign of him watching me near my window and listening to me? I want to hear your opinions:)
