I need an artis's help.

not sure if this belongs under this spot but i need help. I would like a picture and i cant draw, یا photoshop, یا anything to save my life. can someone plz make a pic for me? if yes, i would love a pic of a cute chibi grim reaper with a visabel bleeding دل holding a sign that is poiting down and says Morganville on it. یا that says New Jersey. either one will be fine. thank آپ so much.
