isnt it unfair on how Iris got a dragonite?

i know she's a dagon trainer in all, but she didn't even train with Dragonite and she beat all those people in that challange. i think that is somewhat unfair, آپ dont see Ash get a strong pokemon he trains his and makes them strong

And cache a Deino, i have 1 and it's a good pokemon maybe not as powerful as a Dragonit but it's good.
