Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for pottermore now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my نام کا صارف and ورڈ پاس don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my ورڈ پاس is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right ورڈ پاس but it still won't let me in!

Then I suggest آپ drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what آپ try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
