Courghtney had mental issues her mom was going to send her to a mental instusion, but she sent Alli instead. So Courghtney pretended to be Alli and became a مقبول girl with the only other people she knew, Aria, Hannah, Spencer, and Emily. When Ali came back as Courghtney from the mental instution they were having a slumber party. Courghtney as Ali went out side to do something, i'm not sure what, but then Ali as courghtney killed her twin sister سے طرف کی pushing her into a hole.
