If someone dies from smoking, who is to be blamed for his death? is it the person himself یا the cigarettes manufacturers?

Because it isn't like a lot of people have died at once there was nothing wrong with the cigarettes and also everybody has bee warned smoking is bad for آپ so if آپ continue to take the risk thats your fault.
